Returns & Cancellations

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

  • A 5% cancellation fee applies to all cancelled orders.

Reason: This fee covers non-refundable payment processing and transaction fees charged by payment providers (PayPal, Stripe, card processors).

These fees are incurred immediately and cannot be recovered once an order is placed.

2. Refund Eligibility

A full refund (without fees) will only be issued if:

  • Indicarbon confirms a processing error

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The item arrives defective or damaged (with required proof)

Delays related to production, suppliers, carriers, customs, or holidays do not qualify for a fee-free refund.

3. Change of Mind / Timing Expectations

Cancellations due to:

  • Delivery expectations

  • Personal timing needs

  • Order impatience

  • Misinterpretation of processing estimates

are considered customer-initiated cancellations and are subject to the 5% fee.

4. Returns After Delivery

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is ours

5. Proof Requirement

For damaged or incorrect items:

  • A clear unboxing video is required

  • Photos alone may not be sufficient
