Shipping policy.

At Indicarbon, many of our products are made-to-order or produced in limited batches. Please review the shipping terms below before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders typically enter processing within 7 business days.
This timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee, and may vary due to:

  • Product availability

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • High order volumes

  • Supplier or production delays

  • Holidays or peak periods

Important: Processing time refers to preparation before dispatch, not delivery time.

2. Shipping & Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available).
Shipping transit times are outside of our control and depend on the carrier and destination.

3. Stock Availability

Products listed as “available” or “in stock” may still require:

  • Final quality control

  • Batch completion

  • Supplier fulfillment

Availability does not guarantee immediate dispatch.

4. Delays

While we aim to process orders promptly, delays may occur.
Delays in processing or dispatch do not automatically qualify for a full refund unless explicitly confirmed by Indicarbon as an error on our part.

5. International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or delays.
These charges and requirements are the sole responsibility of the buyer and do not qualify as delivery failure.

If a shipment is held by customs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer using the contact details provided. Warning notifications may be sent when an item is delayed or awaiting customs clearance.

⚠️ Important Customs Notice:
If customs duties or import fees are not paid upon arrival, or if the customer refuses to accept the shipment, the package may be abandoned, destroyed, or returned by customs authorities.

In such cases:

  • The order will be considered fulfilled

  • The customer will not be eligible for a refund

  • Shipping costs and product value will not be recoverable
